本文叙述了超导单极电机液氦异型杜瓦容器的结构特点和制造工艺。通过液氮和液氦实验,分析了真空空间绝热部件不同部位的温度分布情况。根据试验结果和分析研究,提出了异型杜瓦容器内部绝热结构的改进设计。
This article describes the structural characteristics and manufacturing process of liquid helium shaped Dewar container for superconducting unipolar motors. Through the liquid nitrogen and liquid helium experiments, the temperature distribution in different parts of vacuum space insulation components was analyzed. Based on the experimental results and analysis, an improved design of the internal insulation structure of the special-shaped Dewar container was proposed.
