茂名石化公司炼油厂第一套常减压蒸馏装置采用改进的Smith预估器,实现了常压炉和减压炉支路平衡控制;采用抑制波动的广义预测控制理论,实现了蒸馏塔顶、常压二线、常压三线馏出口温度和初馏塔侧线温度控制;采用化学模式识别理论的多重判别矢量方法,实现了常压塔和减压塔的在线优化。有效地稳定了生产,提高了产品收率,经济效益显著。软件投用半年,已获经济效益569万元。该项目首次在国内实现了化学模式识别方法在过程控制在线优化中的应用,经中国石化总公司组织的技术鉴定,属国内首创,具有国内先进水平。
