目的 :探讨祛风湿方剂抗风湿作用的机制。方法 :采用大鼠佐剂性关节炎 (AA)作为类风湿性关节炎的病理模型 ,强的松作为阳性对照药。结果 :方剂大、中剂量能使AA大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放升高的过氧化氢(H2 O2 ) ,白细胞介素 1(IL 1)水平显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,作用强度与强的松相近。结论 :该方剂使AA大鼠升高的IL 1及H2 O2 的水平下降可能是其抗风湿的作用机制之一。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of anti-rheumatism effect of Qinfengshi prescription. Methods: Rats with adjuvant arthritis (AA) were used as a pathological model of rheumatoid arthritis. Prednisone was used as a positive control. RESULTS: Large and medium doses of prescriptions could release elevated hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) from peritoneal macrophages of AA rats, and IL-1 levels were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Similar to prednisone. Conclusion: The decrease of IL 1 and H 2 O 2 levels in AA rats induced by this prescription may be one of the mechanisms of its anti-rheumatic effects.
