我院自1984年6月建院至1988年6月共收治贲门癌441例,其中做贲门癌根治术361例,分别经胸和胸腹联合两种术式进行手术,这两种术式优劣及效果目前仍有争论。文章在基本相同的条件下两组进行对比,也阐明了经胸腹术式能彻底清除转移淋巴结,并能提高贲门癌的生存率。
In our hospital from June 1984 to June 1988, a total of 441 cases of cardiac cancer were treated. Among them, 361 cases of cardia cancer radical surgery were performed. Two surgical procedures were performed by transthoracic and thoracoabdominal surgery. These two types of surgery are excellent. Bad and effective are still in dispute. The article compares the two groups under the same basic conditions, and also clarifies that thoracoabdominal surgery can completely remove metastatic lymph nodes and improve the survival rate of cardiac cancer.
