“以学为中心”是相对于“以教为中心”而言的,学生自主、有效的学不仅能够凸显学生的课堂主体性,锻炼学生的自主学习能力,而且对学生英语素养的提升,与学生健全的发展都有着密切的联系。所以,在素质教育思想的影响下,教师要组织多种活动来落实“以学为中心”的教学思想,以确保学生在主动求知中掌握知识,同时,也为学生综合英语学习能力的提高做出相应的贡献。
