省妇联生产部关于妇女参加生产与互助合作运动的总结,阐述了五二年妇女参加生产的成绩和取得这些成绩的主要经验,并指出了在开展这一工作中的主要缺点和问题,这对各地开展妇女工作是有很大参考价值的。另外,目前在发动妇女参加生产工作中存在的一个主要而普遍的问题,亦即开展这一工作的重要关键之一,就是:党、团员和干部本身及其家庭的妇女如何起模范作用,并团结和推动群众前进。很多农村这一点做的很不够,因而这些地区妇女参加生产就很不好,妇女的觉悟也不高,生产的发展也不快。因此,各地也应该总结和检查这方面的经验与问题。
Provincial Women’s Federation Production Department’s conclusion on women’s participation in the cooperative movement of production and mutual assistance elaborated the achievements of the two or two years of women in production and major experiences in attaining these achievements and pointed out the major shortcomings and problems in carrying out this work. It is of great reference value to carry out women’s work everywhere. In addition, one of the key and common issues currently facing the launching of women’s participation in production, namely, carrying out this work, is how the women in the party, league members and cadres themselves and their families play an exemplary role and Unite and promote the masses. This is not done enough in many rural areas, and women’s participation in production in these areas is very poor. Women’s awareness is not high, and their production is also under-developed. Therefore, various localities should also summarize and examine the experience and problems in this regard.
