作者分析56例无功能垂体腺瘤,分泌催乳激素和生长激素腺瘤的CT表现。并讨论CT表现与手术、病理、内分泌学改变的关系。无功能性腺瘤17例。非增强CT扫描显示低或等密度(平均19.1H),增强CT扫描中5例无增强,平均CT值为36.8。密度与腺瘤类型无关。催乳激素性25例。血清催乳激素含量在30毫克/毫升以上,有10例为微小腺瘤。血清激素水平与肿瘤大小明显有关。扫描前后CT值与无功能腺瘤几相同。5例无增强。然催乳激素腺瘤增强检查中些病例为高密度。生长激素性腺瘤14例,血清生长激素水平超过10毫克/毫升。2例微小腺瘤为嗜酸性。激素水平与肿瘤大小无关。
The authors analyzed CT findings of 56 cases of nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas, prolactin and growth hormone adenomas. The relationship between CT findings and changes in surgery, pathology, and endocrinology was discussed. No functional adenoma in 17 cases. Non-enhanced CT scans showed low or equal density (mean 19.1 H), and enhancement CT scans showed no enhancement in 5 cases, with an average CT value of 36.8. Density has nothing to do with adenoma type. Prolactin hormone in 25 cases. Serum prolactin levels were above 30 mg/ml, with 10 cases of microadenomas. Serum hormone levels are significantly related to tumor size. The pre- and post-scan CT values were similar to those of nonfunctioning adenomas. 5 cases did not enhance. However, some cases of prolactin adenoma enhancement examination are high density. Growth hormone adenoma in 14 cases, serum growth hormone levels of more than 10 mg / ml. Two cases of microadenomas were eosinophilic. Hormone levels have nothing to do with tumor size.
