【正】 我市南漳、保康、谷城三个山区县,地处荆山山系秦巴走廊,坡耕地面积大。为了不失时机地抓住国家正在组织实施的退耕还林工程的机遇,最近,我们到三县的部分乡镇、村组就坡耕地现状和退耕还林的有关问题作了一些调查研究。 1 三县坡耕地现状 三县版图面积为9616.94km~2,其中山地约7533km~2,占版图总面积的78％。山高坡陡、土层浅薄、水土流失严重是三县山地的基本特征。其坡耕地状况可以概括为以下几个方面:一是面积大,分布广。从土地资源详查结果看,三县共有6°以上的坡耕地10.73万hm~2
