汞对环境的污染及对人类的危害,已经引起了国内外公论的普遍重视。在我国,汞污染土壤的重要原因是含汞污水、被汞污染的河水灌溉农田和含汞污泥作肥料造成的。这样,汞通过土壤—作物系统转移,富集于植物的不同组织和器官,参与生态系统物质和能量的循环。目前我国对汞在植物体内的迁移、转化和积累问题作了不少工作,但汞对植物生理和形态结构的影响报导不多。为了阐明汞对植物生长发育的影响,我们研究了不同汞含量溶液对小麦苗期形态的影响。材料与方法一、小麦(Triticum aestivum L,品种“津丰一号”)选择大小一致,籽粒饱满的种子,置于铺有二层不同浓度汞溶液湿润泸
The pollution of mercury to the environment and its harm to human beings have attracted the widespread attention of public opinion at home and abroad. In our country, the major cause of mercury-contaminated soils is mercury-containing sewage, mercury-contaminated river water for irrigation of farmland and mercury-containing sludge as fertilizer. In this way, mercury is transferred through the soil-crop system, enriched in different tissues and organs of the plant and involved in the circulation of ecosystem material and energy. At present, China has done a lot of work on the migration, transformation and accumulation of mercury in plants, but little is reported about the effects of mercury on plant physiology and morphological structure.
