目的:了解广东省越秀区登峰街儿童血微量元素状况及对外来儿童与本地儿童血微量元素进行对比分析。方法:采用系统回顾性研究对设在广东省第二中医院内的广州市越秀区登峰街社区服务中心的随机抽取的166例体检儿童血微量元素进行系统分析;用MB5多通道原子吸收分光光度法检测儿童血微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁、铅。结果:本地儿童血铅含量明显高于外来儿童,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);其余微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁两组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);166例儿童中缺铁、缺锌较严重,缺铁率达53.61%,缺锌率达24.41%,其他微量元素缺乏不明显,其中婴儿组缺铁率63.72%和缺锌31.37%最高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本地儿童铅含量显著高于外来儿童,应引起社会有关部门,及儿童家长的重视;而婴儿组微量元素锌、铁缺乏与喂养的不科学,辅食添加不合理,和食物的单一化有关。
Objective: To understand the status of trace elements in blood of Dengfeng Street in Yuexiu District of Guangdong Province and to compare the blood trace elements between foreign children and local children. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to systematically analyze blood trace elements of 166 children with physical examination in Dengfeng Street Community Service Center of Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City located in No.2 Hospital of Guangdong Province. MB5 multichannel atomic absorption spectroscopy Spectrophotometric determination of trace elements in children blood of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and lead. Results: The level of blood lead in local children was significantly higher than that of foreign children (P <0.05). The other trace elements of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron showed no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Iron deficiency and zinc deficiency in 166 children were more serious. The iron deficiency rate was 53.61% and zinc deficiency rate was 24.41%. The other trace elements lacking were not obvious. The iron deficiency rate was 63.72% in infants and 31.37% in zinc deficiency, with statistical significance Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The lead content in local children is significantly higher than that of foreign children, which should be paid more attention by the relevant departments of society and parents of children. However, infant zinc, iron deficiency and lack of feeding are not scientific, unreasonable addition of complementary food is related to the unification of food .
