廉政建设作为新时期党的一项政治任务,搞得好与不好,直接关系到我国能否顺利实现“八五”计划和十年规划,关系到我国的经济建设能否健康发展。邓小平同志多次强调要一手抓改革开放,一手抓惩治腐败。几年来,我们青州市在改革开放的过程中,采取有力措施强化廉政建设,为经济建设创造了良好的外部环境,调动了人民群众从事经济建设的积极性,促进了全市经济的健康发展。一、提高认识,摆正廉政建设与经济建设的关系
