今年是国家广电总局确定的广播影视数字发展年和产业发展年。总局在制定数字电视发展战略之初就指明,中国的数字电视首先在有线电视网络中推进。总局不久将在青岛召开会议,推广青岛有线电视模拟向数字整体平移的经验,可以说,加快有线数字电视建设,是产业开发、技术升级、消费提升等多方面的需要。江苏省规划到2005年将计划发展有线数字电视用户达300万户,这是机遇也是挑战。
This year is the year of radio, film and television digital development and industrial development determined by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. In formulating the development strategy of digital television, the Administration pointed out that digital television in China first promoted in the cable television network. The SAIC will soon convene a meeting in Qingdao to promote the experience of Qingdao cable TV analogy as a whole. It can be said that accelerating the construction of cable digital TV is a need in many fields such as industrial development, technological upgrading and consumption promotion. Jiangsu Province plans to plan to develop 3 million wired digital TV users by 2005, which is both an opportunity and a challenge.
