一、江苏与台湾间贸易现状分析 (一) 江苏省台商投资的特点和发展趋势 据统计,截至2001年底,江苏省累计批准兴办台资项目10023个,协议台资额达23亿美元,实际利用台资达120亿美元,台商在江苏的投资总额占全省外来资金总量的26％。在祖国大陆省、市、区中继续居于前列。目前台商在江苏省投资的特点和发展趋势主要有以下6个方面:(1)投资项目规模趋大。台湾百大民营企业中已经有60多家来江苏兴办了150多个项目。电子、通信、机械、石化、纺织、建材、塑胶、橡胶、制药、服装、家具、食品等110多家台湾上市公司和行业龙头企业亦陆续来江苏发展。全省总投资在1000万美元以上的台资项目达570多个。(2)电子信息产业成为台商投资的热点。近两年新批的台商投资额
