企业基层党组织是企业领导层与企业职工关系的纽带,是企业制度建设,企业文化建设以及企业有效服务于职工的党组织体系。它不仅代表的是企业的领导层形象,而且代表了我国党在人民群众心目中的形象。因此,在新时期新形势下加强企业基层党组织建设的工作对于企业来说是一项不可忽视的基本工作。本文就这一问题的产生,对如何加强企业基层党组织建设进行了探讨。
The grass-roots party organizations of enterprises are the ties between the leadership of the enterprises and the relations between the employees of the enterprises.
