In “double-base” education, we often encounter some hot issues. The so-called hot spots are the issues that the cadres and the masses generally care about, attach importance to and talk about most. With the continuous development of social politics and economy, the content of the hot spots is constantly changing, and involves a wide range of aspects: both domestic and international; both political and economic; both material and spiritual Both positive, positive, negative, negative. Generally speaking, hot spots with positive factors produce positive effects on the society, hot spots with negative factors and inevitable negative effects. Therefore, hot spots, especially negative hot spots, must not adopt a passive passive attitude of “detouring”, let it develop blindly and freely, but adopt a proactive attitude and make the best use of it to diversify the situation.
