中国公证制度恢复重建20多年采,公证工作在维护社会主义市场经济秩序、保护公民和法人的合法权益、促进对外开放方面做出了很大成绩。应该说,公证行业的道德建设是好的,是让党和人民放心的。江泽民总书记提出的“以德治国”的战略思想,以及中央文明办制订的公民基本道德规范,更为公证行业的道德建设指明了方向。本刊特别编发一组关于“公证执业与道德”的文章,以期再次引起公证界的共鸣。我们深知,道德建设是一个长期的过程,道德更是我们民族、我们行业、更是我们作为党和人民喉舌的新闻刊物的永远的话题。
The Chinese notary system has been restored and rebuilt for more than 20 years. Notary work has made great achievements in safeguarding the order of the socialist market economy, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and legal persons, and opening up to the outside world. It should be said that the ethical construction of the notarized industry is good and is to be reassuring to the party and the people. General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s strategic thinking of “governing the country with morals” and the basic ethics of citizens formulated by the Central Civilization Office have pointed out the direction for moral construction in the notarized industry. In particular, we published a series of articles on “Notary Practice and Ethics”, with a view to once again resonating with the notary community. We know that moral construction is a long-term process. Morality is our nation, our profession, and our eternal topic as a news publication of the mouthpiece of the party and people.
