一、普通螺纹合格性判断原则 1.公差带原则与泰勒原则所谓公差带原则,是指合格的工件,其被测实际要素必须完全处于公差带内的一种合格性判断原则。对于普通螺纹而言,由于它的结构特点和功能要求,决定了它的合格性判断原则是泰勒原则,而不是公差带原则。当然实际牙型完全处于公差带内,螺纹肯定是合格的,但合格的螺纹不一定完全处于公差带之内,如图1a)所示。图中实线表示公差带,虚线表示实际牙型。图1b)所示为不合格的螺纹,因不能被通端螺纹量规所通过。 2.泰勒原则的含义螺纹量规并非泰勒所发明,1905年威廉斯·泰勒提出了改进螺纹量规的措施,该措施的主要特点是,通规为完整牙型,用来同时检验
