目的:探讨规范交接班流程在肝胆外科护理中的应用效果。方法:规范交接班流程,落实考核标准,定期检查和评价交接班流程的执行情况。比较实施规范化交接班流程前后科室集体交接班质量和护士对患者病情掌握知晓度,并比较患者的护理满意度。结果:规范科室交接班流程后,全科护士集体交接班质量较之前有了显著性提高(P<0.05);护士对患者病情掌握知晓度有了显著提高(P<0.01);患者对护理满意度也有了显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:规范交接班流程促进护士深入病房,提高了护士观察判断能力,提高了交班质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of standard shift procedure in hepatobiliary surgery. Methods: To standardize the shift procedure, implement the assessment criteria, and regularly check and evaluate the implementation of the shift procedure. Before and after the implementation of the standardized shift procedure, the quality of collective handing over of departments and nurses in nurses were grasped to know the patient’s condition, and the patient’s satisfaction degree of nursing was compared. Results: The quality of collective handing over nurses was significantly improved (P <0.05); the nurses’ awareness of patients’ disease grading was significantly improved (P <0.01); patients’ satisfaction with nursing satisfaction Degree also increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: To standardize the process of transfer to promote nurses in-depth ward, improve the ability of nurses to observe and judge, improve the quality of shift.
