航天部上海仪表厂的蔡颖方(操作计算机者)在演示汇报会上介绍说,他们厂利用计算机组卷,一年形成的1000余份文件只需要40多分钟就可组完卷,而在此以前,则需要三个月左右的时间。这个文书档案计算机管理系统已于6月初通过航天部842工程指挥部和航天工业档案馆的验收。同时通过验收的还有航天工业档案馆的获奖成果计算机管理系统和航天部一院第十四所的科技档案计算机管理系统。这三项成果将在航天部所属工厂、研究所推广。
Cai Yingfang (Operations Computer) at Shanghai Metrology & Aerospace Department of the Ministry of Aeronautics said at a presentation briefing that they would use a computer-generated paper roll to complete the rollout of more than 1,000 documents a year in just over 40 minutes. Before that , It will take about three months or so. This document file computer management system was adopted in early June by the Department of Aeronautics 842 Engineering Command and the Aerospace Industry Archive acceptance. At the same time through the acceptance of Aerospace Industry Archives of the results of the award-winning computer management system and the Ministry of Aeronautics, a fourteenth science and technology files computer management system. These three achievements will be promoted at factories and research institutes under the Ministry of Space.
