自茶叶中提取茶黄烷醇及氧化物,采用纯种动物,随机分组,喂饲胆固醇造成动脉硬化模型。喂饲茶黄烷醇类的动物与模型组比较:血小板最大聚集波、血脂降低(P<0.05)、cAMP/cGMP比值增高(P<0.05),主动脉斑块、心肌血管阻塞程度减轻(F<0.05)。提示有良好的抗动脉硬化效应。急性毒性证明本品无毒,不致畸。有希望成为一种新型药物。
Tea-flavonols and oxides were extracted from tea leaves. Purebred animals were randomly divided into groups and fed a cholesterol-induced atherosclerosis model. Animals fed the thetataxanes compared with the model group: platelet aggregation wave, blood lipids decreased (P<0.05), cAMP/cGMP ratio increased (P<0.05), aortic plaque, myocardial vascular obstruction was reduced (F <0.05). It suggests a good anti-atherogenic effect. Acute toxicity proves that the product is non-toxic and not teratogenic. There is hope for a new type of drug.
