在党中央、国务院和中央军委的坚强领导下,经过全党全军全国各族人民的团结奋战和顽强拼搏,我们的抗震救灾工作已经取得了重大阶段性胜利。当前,四川等受灾地区已经进入灾后恢复重建阶段,如何按照中央要求高质量地用好重建资金,有效防止“政绩工程”的出现,为社会各界所关注。前不久中央有关领导强调指出,灾后重建要注意防止可能出现的“政绩工程”、“形象工程”。
