艾滋病是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)引起的人体免疫缺陷性疾病,随着艾滋病患者的增多,艾滋病的眼部机会感染已经成为眼科医师随时可能遇到的疾病,我科自2007年10月至2011年1月共收治的艾滋病眼部并发症患者7例,现报道如下。1临床资料7例患者中男6例,女1例;年龄35～77岁,平均58.57岁。2例在就诊前已确诊艾滋病,5例在我院筛查HIV抗体阳性后经疾病控制中心确诊为艾滋病。所有患者均进行视力、裂隙灯、眼压、眼底及眼外肌功能检查,对角膜感染患者进行病灶分泌物细菌学检查,对1例出现头痛的患者进行腰椎穿刺脑脊液检查。
AIDS is a human immunodeficiency disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). With the increase of AIDS patients, the ocular opportunistic infection of AIDS has become a disease that ophthalmologists may encounter at any time. Our department from October 2007 to January 2011 were treated in AIDS patients with eye complications in 7 cases, are reported below. 1 Clinical data 7 patients were 6 males and 1 female; aged 35 to 77 years, mean 58.57 years. Two cases were diagnosed with AIDS before treatment and five were HIV-positive in our hospital after screening for HIV antibody. All patients underwent visual acuity, slit lamp, intraocular pressure, fundus and extraocular muscle function tests, bacterial infection of corneal infection in patients with bacterial discharge, one case of headache patients with lumbar puncture and cerebrospinal fluid examination.
