9月21日至22日,广东省行政管理学会在广州召开对二次代表大会暨学术研讨会。与会代表听取了学会工作报告和讨论修改了学会章程,推选产生了学会第二届理事会理事、常务理事、正副会长和秘书长。中共广东省委常委、常务副省长卢瑞华当选为学会名誉分长并到会致贺。中国行政管理学会的负责人以及香港、澳门公共行政学会的代表也应邀参加了研讨会。 除上述议程外,与会者围绕“发展行政管理科学,促进行政管理现代化”的主题,紧密联系广东改革开放和行政管理实践,对转变政府职能、改革政府机构、实施公务员制度、提高行政效率、依法行政、廉政建设、建设具有中国特色的现代行政文化等课题进行了较全面深入的探讨,并向研讨会提交了一批既有一定的理论深度,又符合行政管理体制改革和政府管理实际的论文,这些研究成果将有助于推动本地区行政管理民主化、科学化和现代化的发展。
From September 21 to September 22, the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Administration held its second congress and symposium in Guangzhou. The heads of the Institute of Chinese Administration and representatives from Hong Kong and Macao Institute of Public Administration were also invited to participate in the seminar. In addition to the above agenda, participants focused on the theme of “developing science of administrative management and promoting the modernization of administration”, closely linked with the practice of Guangdong’s reform and opening up and administrative management, and changed the functions of government, reforming government agencies, implementing the civil service system and improving administrative efficiency in accordance with the law Administration, building an honest and clean government and building a modern administrative culture with Chinese characteristics. We also submitted a number of papers to the symposium that both have a certain theoretical depth and are in conformity with the actual conditions of administrative reform and government administration These research results will help promote the democratization, scientization and modernization of administrative management in the region.
