1 临床资料 例1,女,41岁,未婚。长期月经失调,进行性多毛入院。孩童时发育正常。14岁初潮,月经准。半年后,月经紊乱,周期1～4月,经期1至数天不等,量少。妇科检查无异常。20岁始出现胡须,腹部、下肢毛发增多。体状,急躁,嗓音变粗。体检:体胖,皮肤粗黑,肌肉发达。胡须浓密,腹部、下肢多毛。无喉结,两侧乳房发育正常。女性外阴,阴毛多粗,下界达肛周。阴蒂不大,大小阴唇发育正常。子宫,附件正常。实验室检查:肝肾功能、血生化正常。17-OHCS 17.7～14.4(正常:5～20)μmol/d;17-KS 332～19.2(正常:15～40)μmol/d。皮质醇8:00 659～709.3(正常:280～690)nmol/L,16:00 576.8～422.2(正常:140～280)
