在后转企改制时代的大学出版社,做好员工队伍建设的根本是要建立一套适合企业发展的人才选用育留机制。基于大学出版社的管理现状,本文从战略人力资源管理的视角提出了大学出版社构建战略性人力资源管理的原则、基本路径和框架模型,企业需要坚持战略统筹、去事业化、以我为主和系统协同的原则,按照明战略—补短板—建机制—促协同的优化路径构建符合企业自身发展需求的战略性人力资源管理体系。
