《扬州历史文化名城保护规划(2015-2030年)》(下称《规划》)日前已获江苏省人民政府正式批准实施。《规划》系统研究了扬州市历史文化价值,提出了名城保护原则、规划目标和框架,明确了城市整体格局和风貌保护要求,确定了历史城区、4个历史文化街区的保护范围和保护措施。《规划》明确,扬州历史城区保护范围为:东、南至古运河,西至二道河,北至北护城河,面积约5.09平方公里。确定东关街、仁丰里、湾子街和南
