最近,陕西省商洛军分区协调中国银行商洛支行统一为部队办理了公务卡,实行“银行授信、刷卡支付、报销偿还、实时监控”的结算管理方式,要求公用品采购费、差旅费、会议费、接待费、维修费等支出一律采用公务卡刷卡支付。此方式降低了纸质货币资金流通过程中潜在的风险,减轻了财务人员提取现金、保管现金的工作量,促进了资金安全管理。
