新一轮基础教育课程改革对教师的冲击已远远超过了新课程本身,教师遭遇了巨大的心理压力,产生了新的心理应激。本文探讨了在新课程改革背景下引起教师心理应激的几种主要因素,并有针对性地提出了缓解心理应激的策略。
The new round of reform of basic education curriculum for teachers has far exceeded the impact of the new curriculum itself, teachers suffered tremendous psychological pressure, resulting in a new psychological stress. This article explores several main factors that cause teachers’ psychological stress in the context of new curriculum reform and puts forward some strategies to alleviate psychological stress.
