对中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所引进的27份国外杧果种质果实性状进行了观测,采用主成分分析法对果实形状、果皮颜色、果肉纤维、香气和风味等5个质量性状以及果实纵径、横径、侧径、单果质量、果核质量、可滴定酸、维生素C、可溶性固形物、可食率、还原糖含量等10个数量性状进行多样性分析。结果表明,27份引进杧果种质的果实性状存在丰富的多样性,多样性指数(H′)在0.97~1.77之间,说明果实品质性状变异具有复杂性和多向性。
The fruit traits of 27 exotic fruits collected from the South Subtropical Crop Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences were observed. Five quality traits including fruit shape, peel color, pulp fiber, aroma and flavor, and fruit quality were analyzed by principal component analysis Length, diameter, side diameter, fruit quality, fruit kernel quality, titratable acid, vitamin C, soluble solids, edible rate, reducing sugar content of 10 quantitative traits analysis of diversity. The results showed that there were rich diversity in the fruit traits of 27 introduced mango germplasms, and the diversity index (H ’) was between 0.97 and 1.77, indicating that the variation of fruit quality traits was complicated and multidirectional.
