我们国家正处于新旧交替、除旧布新的历史转折期,生活向人们提出许多值得思考的问题,文艺创作则必然反映这种思考的时代特征。我省一九八一年的戏剧创作,可以说是在思考和探索中前进的,许多戏剧艺术工作者,包括编剧、导演、演员、舞美、音乐设计,都不避烦难,作出多方面的尝试和探索,力图使自己的艺术创造获得新的成就,赢得人民群众的欢迎。从各地区向省推荐参加评奖的二十七个大戏、二十九个小戏的演出情况看,向前发展的趋势还是相当明显的。如果把这种发展趋势加以概括,可以说数量上有大幅度增长,题材上有新的开拓,思想上有新的发掘,艺术上也有新的探索。

Literary and artistic creation necessarily reflects the characteristics of the times of such thinking. The dramatic creation in 1981 in our province can be said to be advancing in thinking and exploring. Many dramatic artists, including screenwriters, directors, actors, dancers and musicians, and music designers, try their best to make various attempts And explore, trying to make their own artistic creation to new achievements, to win the people’s welcome. According to the performance of twenty-seven operas and twenty-nine mini-shows recommended by the regions to the provinces, the trend of forward development is still quite clear. If we generalize this trend of development, we can say that there has been a substantial increase in number, a new exploration in topics, a new exploration in philosophy, and a new exploration in art.
