以D-半乳糖和人血清白蛋白(HSA)合成无唾液酸糖蛋白受体的特异性配体一半乳糖基拟糖白蛋白(neoglycoalbumin,NGA);以NGA为载体通过丁二酰基桥将米托蒽醌(mitoxantrone,DHAQ)与其偶联,得到肝靶向药物NGA-DHAQ,紫外光谱和HPLC分析表明:NGA-DHAQ为化学偶联物,在血液中稳定。
Synthesis of asialoglycoprotein receptor-specific ligand, galactosylcalbumin (NGA), with D-galactose and human serum albumin (HSA); Coupled with mitoxantrone (DHAQ), the targeted drug NGA-DHAQ was obtained. UV-Vis spectroscopy and HPLC analysis showed that NGA-DHAQ was chemically conjugated and stable in the blood.
