目的观察胃乐散对小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。方法分别用 1.2 5 %、2 5 %胃乐散混悬液灌胃 ,观察并比较其对正常小鼠、腹腔注射新斯的明小鼠和腹腔注射吗啡小鼠小肠推进运动的影响。结果小鼠灌胃胃乐散混悬液 (1.2 5 %,2 .5 %)后 ,与生理盐水空白对照组比较 ,小肠蠕动无明显变化 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;可拮抗新斯的明引起的小鼠小肠亢进的推进运动 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;可促进吗啡引起的小鼠小肠减慢的肠蠕动 ,与吗啡组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论胃乐散对正常小鼠肠运动功能无明显作用 ,而对新斯的明及吗啡引起的小鼠异常肠运动功能具有双相调节作用 ,能使异常的肠运动趋复正常。
Objective To observe the effect of Weile Powder on the small intestine advancing movement in mice. Methods The contents of 1.25% and 25% WeiLan bulk suspensions were intragastrically administered to observe and compare the effects of the drug on normal mice, intraperitoneal injection of neostigmine and intraperitoneal injection of morphine mice. [Results] After the mice were treated with gavage and stomach leprosy suspension (1.25%, 2.5%), there was no significant change in intestinal peristalsis compared with saline control group (P>0.05). It can antagonize the promoting movement of mouse hyperintestinal obstruction caused by neostigmine (P < 0.05) and promote morphine-induced intestinal peristalsis in mouse small intestine slowing, which has significant difference compared with morphine group (P < 0 .0 5 ). Conclusion Weile Powder has no obvious effect on the intestinal motility of normal mice, but it has biphasic regulation on the abnormal intestinal motor function induced by neostigmine and morphine, and can make abnormal intestinal movement return to normal.
