1 水资源状况水资源是人类生产、生活及生命存在不可替代的自然资源和环境资源。开封市是一个水资源极度贫乏的城市,也是一个资源型缺水的城市。因此,为满足工农业生产和城市人民的生活需要,每年不得不靠引黄补济。水质亦有不同程度污染,地下水仅有35%达到饮用标准,黄河水质已达三类,境内几条主要河流水质已超过五类,失去供水能力。水资源的紧缺和水环境的不断恶化,严重制约着开封市社会经济的可持续发展。
1 Status of Water Resources Water resources are irreplaceable natural resources and environmental resources that exist in the production, life and life of human beings. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of industrial and agricultural production and the urban people’s life, we must rely on the principle of benefiting the Yellow River. The water quality is also polluted to varying degrees. Only 35% of groundwater reaches the drinking standard. The water quality of the Yellow River has reached three categories. The water quality of several major rivers in the territory has exceeded five categories and the water supply capacity has been lost. The shortage of water resources and the deteriorating water environment severely constrain the sustainable development of Kaifeng’s social economy.
