目的 探讨促凋亡基因bad在原发性肝内胆管细胞癌 (ICC)中的表达及其与肿瘤分化程度的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学DakoEnvision方法 ,对 48例原发性肝内胆管细胞癌 (ICC组 )和 2 5例肝细胞肝癌的癌旁肝组织汇管区胆管上皮组织 (对照组 )中bad基因的表达情况进行检测。结果 bad基因在ICC中的表达阳性率明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;在中、低分化的ICC中bad基因的阳性表达水平明显高于高分化的ICC(P<0 .0 5 )。结论 在低分化的胆管细胞癌中bad基因的表达明显增强 ,bad基因的表达与肿瘤的分化程度相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of the apoptosis-inducing gene bad in primary intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma (ICC) and its relationship with tumor differentiation. Methods Immunohistochemical DakoEnvision method was used to detect the expression of bad genes in 48 cases of primary intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC group) and 25 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma adjacent to paraffin-embedded ductal epithelium (control group) Test. Results The positive expression rate of bad gene in ICC was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The positive expression of bad gene in moderate and poorly differentiated ICC was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated ICC (P <0.01). 0 5). Conclusion The expression of bad gene in poorly differentiated cholangiocarcinoma was significantly increased. The expression of bad gene was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation.
