目的:观察中西医结合治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将82例尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组,对照组用微波刀治疗后,配合万适宁;治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药熏洗。结果:经过6月的治疗观察,对照组治愈率为67.5%,复发率为33.5%;治疗组治愈率为88.1%,复发率为11.9%,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合方法治疗尖锐湿疣可明显提高治愈率,降低复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 82 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with microwave knife treatment, with Wan Jianning; treatment group on the basis of the control group combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Results: After the treatment in June, the cure rate of the control group was 67.5% and the recurrence rate was 33.5%. The cure rate was 88.1% in the treatment group and the recurrence rate was 11.9%. The curative effect was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of condyloma acuminatum with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate, which deserves clinical promotion.
