用数值计算方法研究了在Bridgman系统中生长HgCdTe晶体时拉晶速度对热场分布的影响。计算结果表明,大的拉晶速度会造成固液界面向下位移,并使之凹陷现象加剧,不利于获得径向均匀性好的单晶材料。
The influence of the pulling speed on the thermal field distribution of HgCdTe crystal in Bridgman system was studied by numerical method. The calculation results show that the large crystal pulling velocity will cause the displacement of the solid-liquid interface downward, which aggravates the phenomenon of sagging, which is unfavorable for the single crystal material with good radial uniformity.
