塑料,广泛应用于工业和生活用品之中,不过由于不易降解的特性,其对环境的损害也是巨大的。最近,科学家们合成了一种可以有效替代塑料的材料,而这种材料的主要成分就是我们每天常用的纸。这种可替代塑料的纸也被称为PP合成纸,主要由聚丙烯树脂和再生纸混合压制而成。由于聚丙烯可以从废弃塑料中提取,而再生纸也可以循环利用,其对环境的危害远小于传统的塑料。PP合成纸还具有良好的可塑性,很容易被注塑成型,可以说是塑料的理想替代品。
Plastic, widely used in industrial and household products, but because of its non-degradable properties, its damage to the environment is huge. Recently, scientists have synthesized a material that can effectively replace plastic, and the main ingredient of this material is our daily paper. This alternative plastic paper, also known as PP synthetic paper, is a blend of polypropylene resin and recycled paper. Because polypropylene can be extracted from waste plastic, recycled paper can also be recycled, the environmental hazards far less than the traditional plastic. PP synthetic paper also has good plasticity, it is easy to be injection molding, can be said to be an ideal plastic substitute.
