所谓逆境,指一个人在工作、学习和生活中遇到的各种不幸、挫折和困难,干部也难免一时处于逆境。党的十七大报告提出,要加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导。组织部门应主动担负起组织关怀的责任,帮助身处逆境的干部走出逆境。
The so-called adversity refers to all kinds of misfortunes, setbacks and difficulties encountered by a person in work, study and life. Cadres are also inevitably in adversity. The report of the 17th CPC National Congress proposed that we should strengthen and improve ideological and political work, focus on humane care and psychological counseling. Organizational departments should take the initiative to assume the responsibility of caring for the organization to help adversity cadres out of adversity.
