本文对用碲、钠、锶、锑、变质后的亚共晶铝-硅类合金在热处理过程中共晶硅相的粒状化能力作了初步研究。结果指出:经变质后硅的粒状化能力有不同程度的提高,粒状化能力由大到小大致趋势是:碲变质>锑变质>>锶变质>钠变质。
In this paper, we studied the graininess of eutectic silicon phase during the heat treatment with tellurium, sodium, strontium, antimony and metamorphic hypoeutectic aluminum-silicon alloy. The results indicate that the granularity of silicon is improved to varying degrees after metamorphism. The general trend of granularity is as follows: tellurium metamorphism> antimony metamorphism >> strontium metamorphism> sodium metamorphism.
