番石榴是热带、亚热带水果,果实柔软、易受机械损伤和腐烂。在室温条件下只能贮藏几天。据报道,Safeda番石榴最适宜在温度8—10℃、相对湿度85—90％的条件下冷藏,其贮藏寿命4周。完全成熟的夏威夷番石榴可在2—7℃贮藏一周。本文报道两个新的番石榴栽培种“1050”和“GA11—56?”果实冷冻贮藏的试验结果。
Guava is a tropical, subtropical fruit that is soft and susceptible to mechanical damage and decay. It can only be stored for a few days at room temperature.
