运用经快速液相色谱和超滤膜处理后含不同分子量蛋白质的视网膜下液行促玻璃体视网膜增殖性病变的实验研究。结果表明:①蛋白质分子量在≥10kD的视网膜下液玻璃体内注射可诱导增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变形成,其增殖作用时程>2周;②兔眼增殖部位主要位于髓线区;③视网膜下液中含有具有生物活性的生长因子,主要位于10~30kD之间,其间蛋白质在具有促细胞增殖作用的同时可能有某种抑制增殖成分。
Experimental study on the proliferative vitreoretinopathy induced by subretinal fluid containing different molecular weight proteins after rapid liquid chromatography and ultrafiltration treatment. The results showed: (1) Proliferative vitreoretinopathy could be induced by intravitreal injection of protein molecular weight≥10kD, and its proliferation duration was> 2 weeks; (2) The proliferative parts of rabbit eyes were mainly located in the medullary line; (3) subretinal fluid Contains bioactive growth factors, mainly located between 10 ~ 30kD, during which the protein may have a role in promoting cell proliferation with some inhibitory proliferation component.
