舱外航天服真空热试验用红外加热笼模拟外热流,开环控制红外加热笼施加功率,需要预先进行热计算确定施加功率。舱外航天服表面的点热流,能代表表面热流分布,基于该思想提出基于点热流的红外加热笼热计算方法。用有限元软件建立试验外热流分析模型用来数值模拟试验热流,在模型中用“尝试—调整”的方法调整加热功率,直到点热流值达到目标值。以一次试验点热流测量值作为点热流目标值,经分析给出的加热功率和该次试验施加功率一致,表明所提方法能够应用于热试验的分析计算,可为试验方案的制订提供参考。
Vacuum space thermal test of spacesuit with infrared heating cage simulation of external heat flow, open-loop control of infrared heating cage to apply power, the need for heat calculation in advance to determine the applied power. The point heat flow on the surface of the spacesuit can represent the distribution of surface heat flux. Based on this idea, a new method based on point heat flow is proposed. The finite element software was used to establish the experimental heat flow analysis model to numerically simulate the test heat flow. In the model, the heating power was adjusted by the method of “try-adjust” until the point heat flow value reached the target value. Taking the measured value of heat flux of a test point as the target value of the point heat flow, the heating power given by the analysis is consistent with the applied power of the test, indicating that the proposed method can be applied to the analysis and calculation of the thermal test and can provide reference for the formulation of the test plan.
