经济法与民法的关系问题一直以来都是法学研究和学习中一个极为重要的问题,也是学习经济法首先要去解决的问题之一。理清两者之间的关系和各自在法律体系中的地位,有重要的理论与现实意义。对于两者的研究有不同的角度,本文作者简单地从两者的相同性与不同点进行分析,揭示二者关系的实质。
