:1 996～ 1 999年黄河潼关河段清淤采用射流冲沙 ,以冲为主、冲扰结合的作业方式 ,因势利导 ,理顺河势 ,集中水流 ,调整局部河段比降。浅滩段河床冲刷及河道形态调整改善了河道泄洪输沙条件 ,增大了洪水对潼关河床的冲刷作用。 4年来 ,在汛期水量偏枯 50 %以上、水沙组合不利的情况下 ,各年汛末潼关高程基本稳定在 32 8.1 0m左右 ,比 1 995年同期约下降 0 .2 0m
: From 1996 to 1999, dredging of the Tongguan reach of the Yellow River was carried out by means of jet scouring and sedimentation. The main operation was flushing, which was disturbing the combination of operation modes. It deflected the trend of the river and concentrated the water flow to adjust the ratio of local river sections. Riverbed scouring and channel shape adjustment in the shoal section improved flood discharge and sediment transport conditions of the river and increased the scouring effect of the flood on the river bed of Tongguan. In the past four years, under the condition of the water amount is more than 50% and the water and sediment combination is unfavorable in flood season, the elevation of Tongguan at the end of each year is basically stable at about 32.81m, about 0.20m lower than the same period in 1995
