兴趣是指一个人力求认知、掌握某种事物,并经常参与该种活动的心理倾向。学习兴趣就是学生在心理上对学习活动产生爱好、追求和向往的倾向,是推动学生积极主动地学习的直接动力。爱因斯坦说过:“兴趣是最好的老师,真正有价值的东西,并非仅仅从责任感产生,而是从对客观事物的爱与热忱产生。”学生只有对体育课有浓厚的兴趣,才能积极主动和富有创造性地去完成学习任务。前苏联教育学家斯卡特金认为:教育效果取决于学生的学习兴趣。可见,学生的学习兴趣直接关系到教学的效果。在体育课堂中,应如何激发学生学习兴趣,优化课堂教学呢?本人结合几年来的教学实践,谈谈自己优化课堂的几点做法。
