目的:观察中药人工泪液对家兔干眼的疗效。方法:摘除家兔泪腺和Harder腺制成兔干眼模型。用中药人工泪液点眼,以羧甲基纤维素人工泪液作对照,记录治疗前后Schirmer1试验滤纸浸湿长度和虎红角结膜着色点数。结果:中药人工泪液组治疗3周和5周后Schirmer1试验滤纸浸湿长度与对照组相比均明显增长(P<0001);角结膜虎红着色点数较对照组明显减少(P<0001)。结论:中药人工泪液能有效改善实验性兔干眼症的症状。
Objective: To observe the effect of artificial tears of traditional Chinese medicine on dry eyes in rabbits. METHODS: Rabbit dry eye model was made by removing rabbit lacrimal gland and Harder gland. Eyes of artificial tears of traditional Chinese medicine were used, and carboxymethyl cellulose artificial tears were used as controls. The soaked length of filter paper and the coloring points of conjunctiva were recorded before and after the treatment of Schirmer1. RESULTS: After 3 weeks and 5 weeks of treatment, the length of filter paper soaked in Schirmer1 test was significantly increased compared with the control group (P<0001); the coloration of keratoconus tiger red was significantly reduced compared with the control group (P<0). 001). Conclusion: Chinese medicine artificial tears can effectively improve the symptoms of experimental dry eye in rabbits.
