如今,全国上下改革热潮前推后涌,蔚为壮阔。反映地方改革的影片,应运而生。《血,总是热的》,《T省的八四、八五年》,前后十余部,电视剧更是不计其数。但这近十年中,却没出一部反映部队改革的影片。这不禁使读者感到疑惑:难道电影表现部队的改革是禁区? 电影有无表现部队改革的生活基础,有无表现的必要?我认为是有的。改革的浪潮席卷了全国,自然也冲击着军队。从宏观上讲,改革对人们心灵、精神的影响,是不分军外军内的。它促使广大干部战士重新认识自身的价值,重新思考人生价值观、幸福观,选择人生道路。他们的心灵随着全国改革潮流的翻卷一起振荡。从微观上讲,部队内部也涌现出了不少改革的新事物。正确处理和平建军与局部战争的关系、百万大裁军、军政文一体化训练、改革新时期政治教育、军民共建精神文明、共育两用人才、干部制度改革等等,各系统各部门各单位各种小的改革更是不胜枚举。也就是说,军队根据自身的特点,上上下下都在进行着变革。这种立体化的变革,为文艺创作提供
