本文从高校图书馆建立“学科馆员”制度的现实性和紧迫性出发,分析了“学科馆员”岗位职责及其所需求的人员素质要求,在结合我国高校馆人力资源现状的基础上提出:通过管理创新,构建高校人力资源的开放系统是培养“学科馆员”队伍的前提;建立行之有效的人员选拔和培训制度是“学科馆员”制度得以顺利实施的关键;人才引进是“学科馆员”制度能够深入发展的保障;科学的人才激励、竞争机制是实现“学科馆员”制度的重要手段。
Based on the reality and urgency of the establishment of “subject librarian” system in university libraries, this paper analyzes the job responsibilities of subject librarians and the requirements for the quality of their personnel. Based on the present situation of human resource in Chinese university librarianship, : Establishing an open system of human resources in colleges and universities is the precondition of training “subject librarians” through management innovation. Establishing an effective staff selection and training system is the key to the successful implementation of the system of “discipline librarians.” The introduction of talents is a “ Subject librarian ”system to ensure the development of in-depth development; scientific talent incentive and competition mechanism is an important means to achieve“ subject librarian ”system.
