随着我国大型设备和高层建筑的日益增多,大体积混凝土施工技术得到了广泛的应用。顾名思义,大体积混凝土具有结构厚,体积大,钢筋密,一次浇筑量大等特点。这就加剧了其在施工中的难度,如果建筑工程的混凝土结构浇筑不好,混凝土的表面会产生贯穿性的裂缝和表面裂缝,严重影响建筑工程的耐久性、整体性与抗渗性。本文对建筑工程大体积混凝土的施工技术和流程进行了分析,并对工程施工中常见的问题提出解决的措施。
With the increasing large-scale equipment and high-rise buildings in our country, the mass concrete construction technology has been widely used. As the name suggests, mass concrete has the characteristics of thick structure, large volume, dense steel bar and large pouring capacity. This aggravates its difficulty in construction. If the concrete structure of the building is not well poured, the surface of the concrete will have penetrating cracks and surface cracks, which seriously affect the durability, integrity and impermeability of the construction. This paper analyzes the construction technology and process of mass concrete construction, and puts forward the measures to solve the common problems in construction.
