建筑作品从设计构思到建成的实现过程,是一个非常艰辛复杂的过程,包括前期策划、建筑设计、建筑与其它工种的配合、建筑师与业主及使用者的沟通,建筑施工的控制、材料和细部节点的把握等。这一过程不仅是建筑师的设计创意过程,还是多方沟通合作配合以及设计质量有效管理的综合过程。但这一过程常被淹没在对建筑设计图面虚拟效果的过度崇拜之中,而忽视了如何将设计构思完整地贯穿并在建造过程中实现等问题,导致中国大量当代建筑粗制滥造。回归建筑的本体、重视建筑设计质量的控制过程,乃是中国当代建筑需要正视的重大问题,也是本期《时代建筑》的用意所在。
